	Backup's	Web Site Files and MS SQL DB Backups (Dumps to .BAK files) are performed daily, and retained for 7 days.			Cloud Servers	The hardware we use utilizes SSD Cache on the drives to improve read/write performance, and fast Quad Core Xeon processors. All of the resources (CPU,RAM) listed in the plan you purchase is guaranteed for your cloud server. We do not overbook the host.
	DotNetNuke	We fully support the latest stable release of DotNetNuke. We offer upgrade services, free installation and root installs. Run as many DNN installations as your Cloud Server will support. Don't worry, we monitor the servers performance and will notify you when you need more resources! We support Unlimited Partent and Child Portals, as well as DNN Keep Alive.			Panel Features	We provide you a web based control panel. From the panel you can create domains, ftp accounts, email accounts, access webmail, create & Manage MS SQL Databases and MySQL Databases.
	CMS / Apps	We fully support the following Content Management Systems and hosted apps. Wordpress, Jumla, Drupal, MS Office, TweetAdder, Forex. Don't see yours listed, contact sales to see if we can host your application in the cloud.			Databases	Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express and MySQL 5 are included by default. 	Datacenter	We operate out of two Datacenters. Locations are: Dallas, TX and RTP, NC. We own and operate our own Datacenter in RTP, NC. This allows us to provide seamless support from the hardware all the way to the software and management platform with better response times to our customers. Both datacenters have fully redundant power, network and cooling. 	*Plans that include Unmetered Raid Storage or Transfer are intended to be used for the purpose of hosting web sites. Using a Shared hosting account primarily for online file storage, streaming or archiving electronic files is prohibited. For shared hosting environments to ensure fast and reliable service to all of 3Essentials’ Clients, hosting space that adversely affects server and/or network performance will be notified to cease such use. At such time 3Essentials’ Client(s) will be offered to upgrade to a virtual or dedicated server, otherwise the hosting space will be removed from the 3Essentials shared hosting environment.

When degradation is found we immediately formulate a plan to upgrade and/or replace the system with minimal impact to our customers. All planned outages are posted in advance on our systems status page located within our “My Account” area.
